JOB TITLE: Support technician
JOB TYPE: Full time

COMPENSATION: $40,000 per year + 10% bonus

Understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems & Microsoft Active Directory
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Desktop OS experience with Windows (XP, 7, 8.1….)
Experience working with Ethernet-related technologies.
LAN/WAN Infrastructure and networking experience.
Wireless communication technology (wifi, bluetooth, etc…)
Technical ability to fix IT related issues
PC hardware and software installation
Installation of IT related devices and wiring
Minimum 2 years of experience with previous exposure to major aspects of IT
Local and wide area networks - general computer operations…..
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to create and formalize procedures
Good presentation - Positive attitude - Team player
Ability to work and learn independently - Interest in project management and methodology
Team player - Reliable - Hands on! Flexible schedule
